 There are many things that were the 'best parts' of the training.  First, I never really thought about cadence for running.  I related cadence to cycling.  When you told me what my cadence was and what cadence you thought I should be running, I felt that was a really good tool to use to set goals. 

 Second, I really like that you worked with every one's levels and encouraged and pushed them just the right amount to achieve their goals and beyond.  You planted a seed in everyone that you can do it, believe in yourself!

Third, you are an inspiration to all women to get out there and go for it.  I relate this not only to the 5k training, but also the Tri you talked me into last year.  :-)  Thanks!

Thanks for helping me start running.  I have set a realistic goal for myself upon today's race. Realistically a 11 minute mile was my goal and now I am aiming for a 10. I really wanted to say how motivating you are as a training and a friend.  I loved watching you run.  You are someone to admire.  ...Also, my friends from today loved you and wish you were down in the city!
