The Individual Programs are, well...individualized! Each person's desired goals/outcomes are different, so each training program is unique. Before any commitment we'll first have an initial phone consultation to see if my services support your goals. There's no charge either way and no hurt feelings. If we decide we're a match, then I take a look at your comprehensive client profile (fitness, health, mind, spirit profile and food intakes), and do an overall fitness assessment/evaluation. From there we set your goals for working together. 



+ Creative Living Start Up Program:

Includes the following: 

* Comprehensive client profile- fitness, health, mind and spirit
* Food intake questionnaire including food log
* An hour overall strength/cardio/flexibility assessment. 
* Attend one of my Creative Living Workshops
* An extra Creative Living Exercise-one that fits for you
* A weekly individualized fitness/health/creative living starter template created just for you. Yes, YOU!

One-time start up fee: sliding scale $199-$255



+ Just Fitness Program

One time-start up fee: sliding scale $125-$175



Includes the following:
* Comprehensive client profile
* Food intake questionnaire including food log
* An hour overall strength/cardio/flexibility assessment
* Then a weekly individualized fitness/health template is created just for you.


From there you can opt to choose from a boutique style of options for your Creative Living Program:


All programs below include the following:


* Updated weekly individualized +Creative Living Program
* New Creative Living exercises and training implemented weekly
* Unlimited email/text communication
* Weekly half hour phone or Skype check in
* One hours training session in person every 3 weeks.
* A few of my favorite limitless life, run, and fitness gadgets along the way. 


Six weeks: sliding scale $469-$525


Eight weeks: sliding scale $619-$725


Three months: sliding scale $899-$999







You can also sprinkle the following into your program:

One Hour +Just Fitness Training Session: Sliding scale: $80-$95
This entails a personalized running, biking, strength training or a little bit of each session- focusing on form, technique and sweat. 

One Hour+ Creative Life Coaching Session: sliding scale: $80-$95
This session entails a creative activity that deepens your awareness of your limitless life possibility and anchors it to the practicalities of your life.


One Hour 1/2 Fitness, 1/2 Creative Coaching Session: Sliding scale: $80-$95. A space to focus on fitness form and also enhance your creative life possibility.
